IT Research and Support Specialist

My role in the Write Now is to provide IT Support for the CETL work here at Liverpool Hope University and exploring potential educational tools to facilitate better communications between students and staff. My professional background is mainly in Web and Application Development. I have more than 8 years of work experience in Web Design & Programming, Network Technician to Technical Help Desk, as well as running my own online web development company. I have worked for MGL World as web consultant and in Virgin Media as Technical Advisor. I have also worked in various software development companies.

I have now completed three postgraduate degrees. I received International MBA Degree in 2008, MSc in Distributed Systems in 2006 from Liverpool Hope University, MSc in Information Technology from Preston University Pakistan in 2001 and BSc in Computer Science from University of Peshawar, Pakistan. I am always eager to learn new technologies and improve my skills.
