Victoria Grimbly

Project Officer
Liverpool Hope University
(Fixed term contract until Aug 2010 for duration of CETL funding only)

Vikki GrimblyI joined the Write Now CETL in September 2009. My role is to project manage a range of activities that will disseminate and embed the work of Write Now within its partner institutions and the HE sector as a whole.

I have worked within the digital media field for the past nine years, working for Central Government, charities and HE institutions. Previously, I managed a 3-year project embedding digital media at the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic, which was a partnership project with the School of Music at Bangor University. This project included the first live orchestral performance in Second Life, producing an online interactive tool to promote music appreciation within primary schools, redeveloping the RLP website, and managing social networking sites, such as Facebook and Twitter. In February 2010, the project was externally evaluated and awarded a Grade B.

I have a BA Hons in English with Media and Popular Culture and am a qualified Prince 2 Practitioner.
